Recruitment & HR Specialist

The company is seeking a Recruitment & HR Specialist with a strong sense of responsibility and execution, working in direct coordination with senior management, with primary focus on achieving tangible results in attracting talent and building effective work teams, away from theoretical approaches or merely producing reports. This is a fully remote position from day one, requiring continuous availability, prompt communication, and high discipline in follow-up.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Searching for and attracting talent and building international work teams of diverse nationalities and cultures

  • Efficiently utilizing the company's recruitment platform and other digital platforms

  • Executing multiple recruitment processes from diverse markets without limiting to a single region

  • Conducting screening, interviews, and assessments using modern tools and smart technologies including AI solutions

  • Presenting qualified and ready candidates after passing evaluation stages

  • Following up on recruitment procedures, files, and basic contracts

  • Focusing on achieving actual results and completing recruitment processes efficiently


Requirements

  • Proven practical experience in recruitment or human resources

  • Ability to work with employees from multiple backgrounds and nationalities

  • High proficiency in using digital work tools and modern platforms

  • Quick responsiveness and effective communication

  • Execution-oriented mindset based on achievement and meeting objectives

  • Time flexibility and serious commitment to follow-up

  • Ability to work within multiple and changing work environments


Required Languages

  • Arabic: Excellent

  • English: Excellent

  • French: Additional advantage, not required


Work Environment and Method

Work is completely remote and direct from the beginning.

The probation period ranges from one to three months, with evaluation based on actual results and achievements accomplished.

After demonstrating competence and building effective work teams, a decision will be made regarding establishing a local presence (company/office) or continuing with the remote work model, according to what serves operational objectives, taking into consideration coordination with Dubai time zone.
